Petite crystal chandelier with black frame and 4 black shades. Includes cap. No maker name.

Dimensions: 13 1/2″ wide x 16 1/2″ tall

Condition: gently used, very good. Electrical component functions as intended. There is some dust inside the center glass channel. Not all crystals are an exact match though the same size and very similar. There is a brown paint spot on the upper cap (it can be seen in one of the images).
